How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?

During checkout, you will be able to select a shipping method and view prices for each delivery time. Our shipping costs are generated live during the check out process and are based on weight of each item and your location.

Shipping options for Domestic are UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Ground.

For Next Business Day delivery, please ensure you place your order before 3pm Central Monday through Friday for delivery on the next business day between 9am and 5pm.

Ground will be delivered 9am-5pm on weekdays.

Shipping options for International are USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days), and USPS Priority Mail Express (3-5 business days). Please note unless you select Express, delivery window is an approximation and is not guaranteed. We do not have any control over how long your package takes to clear customs, either out of the US or into the destination country. If you have a deadline, we suggest selecting Express to ensure your package arrives in time. You will be responsible for any duty or import charges that your purchase incurs. Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. In most cases, your order will be shipped the same day it is received but please allow 1-2 days for processing. If you have a deadline or an event, please feel free to contact us so that we may ensure delivery in time.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Bird to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address, they are no longer covered by insurance.

Does Bird ship to post office boxes?

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.

Does Bird ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been sent?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been shipped. Therefore, please ensure you provide a correct shipping address.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will received an automated email with your tracking number and method of shipping. If you check out as a guest, you can track your order using the link in the shipping confirmation you received. If you have created an account at checkout, you may track your order either by logging into your account, clicking your order history, and selecting the tracking button option or using the tracking link sent via your shipping confirmation email. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you did not receive your order or shipping confirmation.
